Orlando has 10+ years of experience in various roles as Tax Resolution Attorney, Tax Associate, Tax Specialist, Tax Analyst, Tax Consultant, Tax Advisor, and as Tax Preparer. As a tax resolution attorney, Orlando helps individuals and businesses resolve tax problems with the IRS and state tax authorities. Tax issues can be incredibly stressful and can quickly become overwhelming, especially when you are facing large tax debts, audits, or penalties. Orlando's role is to provide guidance and support throughout the entire resolution process, ensuring that his clients achieve the best possible outcome.

Aileen is also the current Legal Counsel of the Knights of Rizal Texas Area Foundation and the Women of Courage International. She is the First Vice-President of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association in Texas – Houston.

Aileen was an educator at the Houston Independent School and Fort Bend Independent School District before becoming a full-time practicing Texas attorney.

 

As to her education, Aileen obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, her Master of Education (M.Ed.) at the University of Houston-Victoria, and completed her Teacher Alternative Certification Program (ACP) at the University of Houston-Downtown. Additionally, Aileen has obtained her J.D. degree and Pre-Law degree at the University of the Cordilleras School of Law and the University of the Philippines Baguio, respectively.

 

As to her community involvement, Aileen is the immediate past chair of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Texas - Greater Houston Region and currently serves as a member of the executive board of COFACC (Coalition of the Filipino American Chambers of Commerce). She concurrently holds the position of Legal Counsel and Regional Vice President (Lower Central Region) of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association in America.

Orlando is a highly qualified attorney admitted to practice in multiple courts, including:

With a strong educational background, Orlando holds several degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Houston Law Center, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria, a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown, and an Associate (A.A.) in Business Administration from Eastfield College in Dallas, Texas. He also obtained his J.D. and Pre-Law degrees from the University of Cordilleras, showcasing his diverse international legal education.

 

As to his professional organization, Orlando is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is an active member of the Texas Bar College. The Texas Bar College is an honorary society of lawyers, chartered by the Supreme Court of Texas, to recognize and encourage lawyers who maintain and enhance their professional skills and the quality of their service to the public.
